DEPOSIT POLICY
- We require a $100 deposit to hold a particular RV Site
- To hold a particular RV Site during season a 3 months’ minimum reservation is required.
- A deposit will only be returned if we receive a notice of cancellation at least 60 days prior to your planned stay with us. Otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Exceptions to this policy will be at management’s sole discretion.
STANDARD WINTER RATES
Effective December 1, 2020 through March 31, 2021
Daily: Not available during Winter season
Weekly: Not available during Winter season
Monthly: $905 + metered electric*
*Minimum 3-month stay may be required
STANDARD SUMMER RATES
Effective April 1, 2021 through November 31, 2021
Daily: $62 (electric included)
Weekly: $322 (electric included)
Monthly: $600 + metered electric
IMPROVED RV SITES
An Improved RV Site features a hard surface parking area for an RV and one additional vehicle, plus a hard surface patio.
Available for an additional $30
PREMIUM RV SITES
A Premium RV Site features a hard parking area for an RV and two additional vehicles, plus a hard surface patio area greater than 60 feet in depth.
Available for an additional $55
FREQUENT ORANGE GROVE-R DISCOUNT PROGRAM
Orange Grove will offer discounts to RVers who have stayed with Orange Grove in the past. The program offers 3 different categories. Each category has a minimum number of months to qualify and a percentage discount off the normal RV seasonal rate. Months eligible to be counted are from January 2004 to the current month. (Note: Discount is in addition to other discounts but does not apply to annual rates.)
